2. Artistic Variance & Product Representation
Every item sold through this website is a handcrafted, one-of-a-kind work of art. Due to the nature of tie-dye and mixed media processes, variations in color, pattern, and saturation are inherent to the craft. While I strive to photograph items as accurately as possible, colors may vary slightly depending on your specific monitor or screen settings.
3. Usage, Safety & Care Disclaimer
Third Eye Dyes is not responsible for any reactions (such as skin sensitivities) to the dyes or materials used, nor for any damage caused to other laundry if care instructions are not followed.
Redundancy Clause: As a redundancy to the physical Care Card included with every shipment, the following care instructions are part of these legal terms:
- First Wash: Wash the garment separately in cold water to ensure any residual dye does not transfer to other items.
- Routine Care: Always wash in cold water with like colors.
- Drying: For best results and to prevent fading or shrinkage, hang dry or tumble dry on the lowest heat setting.
It is the customer's responsibility to follow these artist-recommended instructions to maintain the integrity of the wearable art. Third Eye Dyes is not liable for color bleeding, garment damage, or shrinkage due to improper laundering.
4. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, product photography, and unique artistic designs, are the intellectual property of Third Eye Dyes. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these materials is strictly prohibited.
5. Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or decline custom project requests at my discretion. In the event an order is canceled by the artist, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
6. Limitation of Liability
By purchasing from Third Eye Dyes, you agree that the maximum liability of the artist for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the total price paid for the item in question.
