Handmade Disclosure
All items at Third Eye Dyes are handcrafted. Because of the nature of tie-dye and mixed media, slight variations in color and pattern are expected and make each piece unique. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the item you receive may vary slightly from the product photo.
Custom Orders
Custom projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. Once a custom design is agreed upon and production starts, changes may result in additional fees. I reserve the right to decline custom requests that do not align with my artistic style.
Payment
All prices are in USD. Payment is due at the time of purchase via our secure checkout. Orders will not be shipped or started until payment has cleared.

Limitation of Liability
Third Eye Dyes is not liable for any skin irritation or damage to other clothing caused by improper washing of dyed goods. Please follow the provided care instructions (wash cold, hang dry) to maintain the life of your wearable art.
