- Ready-to-Ship Items: These are mailed out within 2 business days of your order.
- Custom Projects: Because each custom piece is handcrafted with intention, please allow 2 weeks for creation before shipping. I will keep you updated on the progress of your unique piece!
Shipping Rates & Carriers
I currently ship via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
- Domestic (USA): Usually arrives within 3-7 business days after shipment.
- International: Please contact me directly for a shipping quote before placing an international order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your item has been dropped at the post office, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
Local Pickup
I am located in Auburn Ca If you are local and would like to arrange a pickup to save on shipping costs, please select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout or message me before purchasing.
Lost or Damaged Items
Third Eye Dyes is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the carrier. However, if there is an issue with your delivery, please reach out and I will do my best to help you track it down or find a solution.
