Returns and refunds

Our Policy

At Third Eye Dyes, I want you to love your one-of-a-kind piece. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I accept returns for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition.
  • Timeline: Please contact me within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Exclusions: Due to their personalized nature, custom projects and "sale" items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please email me at [email protected] with your order number. Once I receive and inspect the item to ensure it hasn't been worn or re-washed, I will process your refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

Because every item I make is a unique, one-of-a-kind creation, I cannot offer exact exchanges. If you'd like a different item, the best path is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
